FAQ 2: What are your qualifications as a web content writer?


I’ve been writing sales copy for the past 3 years.

For more than 25 years, I’ve written technical materials.

For over 12 years I’ve created marketing and advertising materials for businesses in and around the Portland, Oregon area.

A very well-known direct response marketer once said that... in order to be a good copywriter one thing you must do is... create or intensify the consumer's desire and sense of urgency to buy the product -- by driving home the tangible benefits it will bring to his or her life.

Putting myself in the prospect's shoes and knowing how to communicate with him or her helps me do that.

It, also, gives me a great advantage whether I'm writing copy that solicits a response or writing material that needs to keep a sales cycle moving in the desired direction.
